Bulgarian Wine tasting

Stroud Wines are hosting a special tasting of wines from the Thracian Lowlands, Bulgaria!  The Thracian lowlands cover the area from east to west Bulgaria, from Serbia to the Black Sea, and the northern tips of Greece and Turkey.   This region has a fascinating history of winemaking going back over 6,000 years.

"Dionysus, The Thracian God of wine, was worshipped and the reds were attributed with magical properties that healed the body and soul, bringing enchantment and uplifting spirits"

The Bulgarian Wine & Export Association have selected a handful of the best independent wine shops (like the amazing Stroud Wines) to introduce you to their wines.  The wine tasting is completely free, just let Stroud Wines know what you think!
