On Friday 28th August, we’re excited to welcome Unicorn Ship Explosion - two musicians riding the rhinoceros of improvised failure and searching for magical moments behind the sofa. You can’t always win and that’s life. Roberto Pennypincher and Sash! Oblong are naive and failing. The musical journey is without a plan b. Kaleidoscopes of sound with rhythmical nonsense.

In their debut album, There's A Rhinoceros In The Mega Church (released by Stroud’s very own Sound Records) Unicorn Ship Explosion pull post-rock apart and rebuild it with odd structures, abrupt turns and an experimental streak that keeps the album unpredictable from start to finish.
